Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Aviitum

At Aviitum, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers. While we do our best to support cancellations, returns, and refunds, certain terms apply to maintain quality and service standards.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched for delivery.
  • Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Guest users must email us at info@aviitum.com to request a cancellation.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns only for unopened products and under valid reasons such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
  • Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • We offer exchanges for the same product only (subject to availability). Refunds are not issued for exchanged items.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only for unopened products, and after inspection by our team.
  • If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 15 working days.

To Raise a Concern

Email info@aviitum.com within 3 days of receiving the order with:

  • Order ID
  • Product Name
  • Description of your issue

If your return is approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days of confirmation.

Non-Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected time, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@aviitum.com.
